I got bored and wanted to do a new Tim. For lack of subject matter I decided to draw the War Witch a popular NPC hero from City of Heroes.

 I like it. Like the pose and everything, good work on the alternating tilts in hips and shoulders, which makes it more feminine.
The face kinda looks flat compared to the rest of the body, i think because there isn't any shading (cel-type or otherwise), compared to the rest of the body. Also, this is just personal preference, but I think the head is too big for the body (However, I'm used to the 8 and 1/2 head scale, and I note this is about 6 heads or so).
